High-capacity folder for ultimate performance
The EXL range of CNC folders from Morgan Rushworth features a rotating upper beam with one straight rail and one set of high divided tools that can both be utilised in the same folding program without any manual tool change.
This versatile station enables high accuracy, consistency, and productivity as only one initial adjustment is required to carry out the folding operation.
The back gauge is integral to the rear support table, which is ideal for folding large sheets because the material’s weight is supported. As a result, you needn’t have a second operator, and the job can be performed with one.
The advanced touch screen controls all upper beam clamping and rotating, folding beam, and back gauge movements and shows the developed length and bending sequence.
