Cost-effective deburring solution
Morgan Rushworth DFR 1350 Flat Bed Deburring Machine is our newest addition in our de-burring and de-slagging range of products. The DFR 1350 is a robust and cost-effective solution that can process cut parts from 0 – 40mm in thickness and up to 1350mm in width. It also features a motorised thickness adjustment to move from a task to another in a flexible way. A variable speed conveyor moves the parts through the machine while two pairs of oscillating wheels perform the deburring. Different grit abrasives can be used in each set of wheels to achieve the desired finish.

To remove heavy slag, heavy-duty deburring wheels are also available with the DFR 1350, as an optional asset.
