4 Roll design with hydraulic action

The DPBR-4 hydraulic roller has avaiable diameters ranging from 150mm up to 260mm. This rolling machine has a 4 roll design with powered top and bottom pinch rolls and hydraulically adjusted side rolls. The 4 roll bending assists the operator noticeably, especially when rolling full cylinders and for multiple radius bending.

Pre-bending can be performed on both side rolls without removing the workpiece from the machine. The DPBR-4 can work with manual or NC controls and has a mobile control panel.

All models have hydraulic drop end and are supplied with DRO (digital read outs) to all three adjustable rolls to indicate roll position.
