We were looking for a set of Rolls that would give us increased capability and this machine which features the latest in rolling technology, including a full CNC controller with many functions including, pre-bending, cone & elliptical rolling certainly met that objective. The Pre-bending function has transformed the quality off our rolled parts leaving a minimal flat spot.

The added supports keeps the material stable, avoiding radius changes due to them being able to support the weight of the steel plate being rolled. We find the controller is very user friendly and has drastically reduced our set up times between changes.“
